30 Day Reset Challenge

Hello and welcome to the 30 Day Reset Challenge!

For the next 30 days we’ll be keeping each other accountable and adopting two daily habits:

  • 1 x 30min walk outdoors

  • 1 x gratitude moment

You’re probably aware that walking outdoors has been scientifically proven to have positive impacts on your mind, mood and body. But did you know, having a daily gratitude practice does too?

Gratitude shouldn’t just be used for the big things like a promotion or holiday. In fact, this challenge is designed to help train our brains to scan for the magic moments sprinkled throughout our day.

The barista who made your delicious coffee, the light that turned green at the right time or getting the last seat on the bus.

Despite our best intentions, new habits can be tricky to maintain so I encourage you to print or screenshot the tracking pages so you can easily celebrate your progress each day.
